Persecuting Love for Beauty

Meyosha Love, 17, was suspended from her job for having a hair color allegedly not found in nature. This is an infraction of which I have been found guilty on several occasions myself. For a while now I've stuck with shades (roughly) in my original range, but I do not miss the admonishments of those who did not understand:

"Be very prudent in choosing and using dyes and bleaches. Above all, do not chop and change, from fair to red and red to dark. Nothing is more inelegant than experiments of that kind which justifiably annoy one's friends and acquaintances."
--Jacqueline Du Pasquier, A Guide to Elegance (1954)

With that face, Love, you can pull off any color you choose.
